Our goal is to provide you with optimal care for a positive outcome. This is a team effort. The team includes physicians, nurses, and therapists, as well as, you and your family. The short-term outcome is dependent on the team of physicians, nurses and therapists and the care you receive while in the hospital.
The long-term outcome depends upon you and your family and will be directly related to the modification of risk factors that increase your personal risk for heart disease.
You and your family will leave the hospital with all the information and resources necessary to assist you in your recovery. You will also be educated with regard to modifiable risk factors and the various means available to assist you in reducing these risk factors and in enhancing your life.
